• Each sale provides a license for up to five users within one company. A license upgrade must be purchased for more than five users or for sharing images on a network drive. 
• No image or part thereof may be resold, given or otherwise redistributed.
• Only GIF or JPG files are authorized for use on the Internet, World Wide Web or Intranet. Each instance of use must be accompanied by the following copyright statement: (c) 1997-2004 madgraphics, www.disabilityart.com
• EPS and TIFF files are provided as parent files ONLY. Purchaser may use the parent files to create resolution-dependent copies in various file formats and sizes. Parent files may not be distributed in electronic form (e.g. CD-ROM, diskette) where the recipient/viewer can remove, reuse, resell, or otherwise redistribute them.
• Alterations other than resizing, reflecting, cropping or printing grayscale and line art images in colors other than black/gray are prohibited.
• A license upgrade must be purchased to use images on products intended for resale, such as t-shirts, books or greeting cards. Publications sold for cost-recovery are excluded.
• Purchaser agrees not to use Disability Clip Art images in any way that would encourage discrimination against or exclusion of people with disabilities from settings or activities enjoyed by people who are nondisabled.
  

Unopened packages may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded. No restocking fees are charged.
